MINI-WEBINAR #4:
Clinical Scale Production of Extracellular Vesicles in a Hollow Fiber Bioreactor System

If you are like me, you find it difficult to devote an entire hour, even if the topic is of great interest. This video is a short “Mini-webinar” that will take around 20 minutes to watch. – John J. S. Cadwell, CEO

SUMMARY: “Clinical Scale Production of Extracellular Vesicles in a Hollow Fiber Bioreactor System” explores the current state of the art of extracellular vesicle and exosome production in a hollow fiber bioreactor system. Cells are cultured at high density in 3-D perfusion conditions. Extracellular vesicles are produced at high concentration on a continuous basis. A single C2011 hollow fiber bioreactor cartridge can produce as many EVs as 500 T225 flasks in a volume of just a few hundred mls. This closed, cGMP capable system has the potential to produce gram quantities of exosomes in any laboratory.
