WHO ARE WE?

FiberCell Systems has been founded by John J.S. Cadwell, President & CEO of FiberCell Systems, in 2000 and is personally committed to providing an optimum collaborative sales and technical support experience for all our customers.

HERE'S HOW WE ARE
ACHIEVING THIS.

1. We have been the pre-eminent supplier of laboratory-scale hollow fiber bioreactors for over 22 years.

We develop lifelong relationships with our customers. We have no shareholders or investors to please. Our number one job is to maximize end users’ achievement. Once our customers learn the systems, they never go back to conventional methods.

2. Our priority is customers’ satisfaction and scientific success.

Our number one job is to maximize end user satisfaction and scientific success. We develop lifelong relationships with our customers. Once our customers learn to use our systems, they never go back to flasks.

3. Thousands of researchers around the world have taken advantage of benefits of FiberCell Systems’ 3-D Hollow Fiber Cell Culture Bioreactors.

They include (1) government agencies such as National Institute of Health (NIH), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Federal Drug Administration (FDA), Australian Government Defence Science and Technology Group, (2) big pharma companies like MERCK, Glaxo Smith Kline and Thermo Fisher, (3) small biotech companies like Sanaria, and (4) universities around the world such as Harvard University, Cambridge University, Johns Hopkins University and antibiotic testing laboratories.

WHAT MAKES
FIBERCELL SYSTEMS DIFFERENT?

1. Unique technical support

We pride ourselves on our interactive technical support. Lifetime technical support and a protocol development is the cornerstone of FiberCell Systems.

2. Understanding your expectations

Pre-sale consultation before your purchase ensures proper application support. Furthermore, we don’t recommend buying our systems unless it fits your requirement.

3. Ensuring your success

Hollow Fiber Bioreactors were developed in 1972 and are proven technology. However, proper set up and use are critical. It’s not all about our products/systems, but applications and protocols. FiberCell Systems’ technical support is a big part of this process. Your success is our success. Our customers recommend our systems and that is how we grow.

4. Support Every Step of The Way

Videos, manuals, video conferences, emails, texts, phone calls are all the communication channels we use for technical support. It is common to communicate on a daily basis for us to guide you during your initial set up. What we always say is that “As long as it’s not contaminated, we can fix anything”.

5. Affordable & value for money

Our business model allows us to sell our high-quality products at reasonable prices, especially when compared to other bioreactors systems or even flasks and roller bottles. It’s a single use system, and can run for 6months to 2years continuously, saving thousands of flasks. At the same time, product quality is superior while allowing any lab to produce more secreted products than otherwise possible. Expect to see things you have never seen before.
